apartment situated on the hills above Picton with a commanding view of
the town, harbour & Queen Charlotte Sound.
We offer a pet free, non-smoking environment.
(smoking outside is acceptable)

We also offer alternative accommodation upstairs in either our queen
or twin room.
The apartment looks out onto our garden which features roses, a hibiscus
bush, rhododendrons & azaleas.
Enjoy the visits from the bird life - tuis flit through the trees, bellbirds
with their songs & occasionally there are wood pigeons & wekas.
